Jimmy Hurff joins BrightMove as COO

BrightMove is pleased to announce that one of our co-founders, Jimmy Hurff, has taken on an expanded role within the company. Effective August 1^st, 2022, Jimmy assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. 

In this new role, Jimmy will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey, which includes sales and customer operations. His primary focus is to optimize and improve our customers’ experience. He will partner closely with the product development and technology teams as we continue to deliver a strong and innovative portfolio of recruiting solutions to the industry.

As BrightMove is expanding into the RPO and staffing markets, we need a leader to oversee enterprise operations, and we are fortunate that one of our founders is the perfect person for the role. While Jimmy connects with our incredible customers, I expect those operational relationships to strengthen and further bond with our strong technology service relationships.  The new, unified customer experience will be the industry standard in the ATS market.

Prior to assuming this role with BrightMove, Jimmy spent time with small, medium, and large enterprises in the healthcare and financial services industries. He brings over 20 years of technology experience in entrepreneurship, enterprise software development, and data analytics expertise. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.

Jimmy lives in the Miami area and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and two boys, Jackson and John. He is an avid outdoorsman and a fan of just about any sport that involves a ball.
