More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year's competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
"The caliber of other software companies which were finalists makes me proud to be the CEO of a Customer Service team that has that much respect for our customers, cares that much about their job and cares that much about our customers' success," said David Webb, Co-founder and CEO, BrightMove, Inc.
BrightMove's Customer Service Department manages the needs of over 1,200 software users across six countries. In 2017 their average response time was just 18 seconds - earning an overall customer service ticket satisfaction rating of 98% (verified by Zendesk).
"We worked very hard in 2017, and a big part of why we won a Stevie is our human touch," said Lindy Woodall, Vice President Customer Support. "Our customers do not get an Internet Bot, but rather a live human being, based here in Florida."
